Our Story

We’ve made remarkable progress in a short time. Founded in the UK by co-founders Robin Deller and Natalie Maye, and a small, determined team with a strong “can-do” attitude, we set out to introduce something truly unique to the world of cruising—opening up new holiday opportunities for more people.

It seemed unthinkable to fly to Mumbai for a cruise without fully experiencing the incredible sights of India. Recognising this gap, we saw an opportunity to pair cruises with immersive tours, creating richer travel experiences.

While much has evolved since those early days, our commitment to crafting inspiring holidays for as many people as possible remains steadfast.

2011
Imagine Cruising Sets Sail
Imagine Cruising started life in the UK, embarking on an exciting adventure with a small but passionate team of eight dedicated individuals. This tight-knit group covered everything from sales and marketing to product and customer service. With big dreams and a commitment to exceptional experiences, the Imagine Cruising story began. 
2012
Spreading Our Wings
In 2012, we expanded our horizons by opening an office in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. This milestone marked the beginning of our journey to bring unforgettable travel experiences to a whole new audience. 
2015
A Brand New Chapter
We became part of the renowned Emirates Group, joining a global family of exceptional travel companies. This partnership unlocked unparalleled opportunities with access to premium flights and travel services, elevating the travel experience for our customers. 
2016
We Said "G’Day" To Exciting New Adventures
In 2016, our wings spread even further with our launch into the Australian market, setting up an office in beautiful Brisbane. This exciting expansion brought our unique travel experiences to even more dreamers and explorers, marking another milestone in our journey. 
2018
Expanding our Horizons in
New Zealand
Two years on from our launch in Australia and we set our sights on the wonders of New Zealand, setting up in a fabulous office in Auckland. This growth allowed us to share our passion with even more adventurers in the Land of the Long White Cloud.  
2024
A Bold New Look
After consulting with a leading branding company, we decided to rebrand. While our colours and logo have evolved to better reflect who we are and the incredible experiences we offer, our commitment to providing unique, value-packed holidays and exceptional customer service remains unchanged. 
2025
New Adventures Across the Pond
We’re thrilled to announce that in 2025, we’re embarking on an exciting new adventure across the pond with the opening of our first office in sunny Orlando!
